Job Description
The postholder will be responsible for managing, supporting, motivating and developing a small team (including Team Leader). The successful candidate will report to Production Management and will be responsible for the daily cleaning of all production premises and equipment whilst ensuing all hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
Educated to at least a minimum of intermediate level in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene with knowledge of HACCP and COSHH. All candidates must be able to demonstrate management, leadership and motivational skills which are essential for this role. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 11.00pm and will require some flexibility. Occasional weekend work maybe necessary to which overtime will be paid. Overtime will also be paid over 40 hours per week.
Management, leadership and a solid background in Hygiene are essential.
